Customer Service Student Assistant – Red Bull

Red Bull Demark are looking for a student to support our logistic team. As part of the logistics team, the Customer Service Student Assistant is responsible for supporting with the following tasks; • Execution of the Order to Cash Process. • Being point of contact for Red Bull Customers providing support as well to the internal customers/stakeholders. We expect it to be around 15 hours per week.

• Major responsibilities (To ensure achievement of key results and deliverables)

  Supply the Danish market with products that reflects the premium brand of Red Bull.

  Handling of the order process, both finished goods (FG) and Visibility (VISIT) in SAP plus external Web portal.

  Provide accurate and helpful information to support internal and external customers.

  Ensures that processes are executed according to the corporate governance and guidelines.

  Escalates to the SAP Key User processes out of standards and contributes proactively to the improvement of processes.

  Treatment of product-related complaints from customers.

  Accurate and timely processing of orders and invoices according to the guidelines (minimum order quantities, order frequency, lead times, pricing, type of free goods).
