Sales Development Representative – DACH (m/w/d)

You’ll play a crucial role in Molteo as the first point of contact with potential clients, supporting the sales team by taking these leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline.

Tasks

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Prospecting new business through calling, emailing and other outreach channels
  • Data updating and tracking in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Call and qualify contacts in exploratory calls/meetings
  • Book online demos for qualified prospects with the sales team
  • Build and prioritize your prospecting pipeline to meet your monthly targets
  • Assist in refining Molteo’s sales strategy and processes

Requirements

IDEAL FIT

  • Experience in B2B outbound sales is a plus
  • Active listener and effective communicator
  • Exceptional verbal and written German communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Affinity for software
  • Passionate about technology and strong desire to learn
  • Curious and able to handle ambiguity
  • Ability to convey information clearly and analyze customer requirements as needed to help customer make buying decisions
  • Highly energetic, positive attitude with the ability to take initiative
  • Tenacious and goal-oriented
  • Collaborative and team oriented
