General Motors Sudamérica se encuentra en búsqueda de un Pasante para su equipo de Talent Acquisition en Ecuador. Esta pasantía está destinada a estudiantes universitarios avanzados que quieren complementar su formación académica con una experiencia profesional significativa. Durante las prácticas el estudiante desarrolla un proyecto relacionado con su campo profesional y cuenta con un tutor que es el responsable de definirlo y de guiar al estudiante durante el proyecto, además es el responsable de darle feedback para colaborar con su crecimiento profesional.
La pasantía está disponibles para una amplia lista de carreras universitarias tales como Recursos Humanos, Negocios, Administración de Empresas, Derecho, Ingenierías, entre otras.
Para tener éxito en esta posición debes cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
- Estar cursando últimos semestres de carreras profesionales afines a nuestras áreas (al menos 50% de las materias aprobadas)
- Contar con el aval de la universidad para realizar las prácticas
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office, (deseable)
- Inglés avanzado
