We are looking for a proactive, reliable and well-organized Logistic Coordinator to support one of our rockstar clients!
In this role, you will:
Order products
Provide Shopify updates
Maintain and support supplier relations
Monitor shipping coordination
Create an overview of the product label and SKU management
Work with Tec Pack creation and management,
Inventory and data management
You will succeed in this role if you have/are:
At least 1 year of e-commerce experience
Awesome English communication skills
People-oriented
Able to clearly and accurately communicate with internal team members
Knowledgeable in using WhatsApp, WeChat, Gmail, Slack, Monday.com, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
It would be extra awesome if you:
Have previous work experience in the jewelry industry
Have experience with Alibaba and/or Shopify
Have graphic design experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma
