High basic: €60k + incentive scheme (+20%)

Role Profile:

Reporting to the Country Manager in Spain, success in this role is to deliver top line sales growth and ensure a continuous pipeline of opportunities. Supported by your team leader, you will develop strategies to drive business in line with company goals, and actively manage the entire sales process.

Responsibilities:

·      Awareness & communication of relevant market trends / opportunities

·      Develop sales & marketing strategies to drive growth (in line with company objectives)

·      Manage and develop the sales pipeline, ensuring that all CRM / sales administration is kept up to date

·      Managing & reporting pipeline

·      Forecasting sales & conversion

·      Support tenders / requests for pricing etc.

·      Support client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.

·      Possess driven, motivation, and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored

·      The candidate will have individual responsibility for new business, and is expected to self-manage

Skills:

·      Charismatic sales developer with minimum 3+ years’ relevant experience selling similar / relevant service offering

·      Great networking in Health Companies and FMCG preferably in the area of Barcelona

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience·      Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with strong selling and sales aptitude with a clear goal oriented

·      Strong negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels

·      Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including creating relevant presentation materials

·      Demonstrable ability to achieve / over-achieve stretching targets

·      Comfortable working autonomously and remotely, and hitting the right level of output through own motivation

·      Experience in fast-moving environments

·      Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals

·      Competent in using Microsoft Office products / ability to produce reports

·      Fluent English oral and written

·      Willingness to learn and try
