HR Operations Lead – Solera

The Role

We are looking for an HR Operations Team Lead to assist in driving standardization, efficiency, and optimization across global HR operational processes. As the leader of the EMEA HR Operations team, you will create clear objectives with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and creating a positive employee experience. The work will consist of change across people, processes and technology to drive a model that will enable the organization to scale as we work to achieve our business growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with HR Operations and HRBP leadership to implement a holistic talent approach: strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, goals and development, performance management, total rewards and recognition, succession and mobility.

  • Create a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, etc.).

  • Develop metrics to drive HR efficiency and improve key processes. Provide analytics and feedback on HR programs and processes to HRBPs and managers.

  • Create global policies and procedures.

  • Create instructional guidelines and training on HR programs, policies, and procedures for HRBPs, managers and employees

  • Implement and administer human resources programs, policies, and practices. Provide implementation support for new initiatives.

  • Suggest and implement initiatives to improve current processes, programs, services, and technologies.

  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the EMEA HR Operations team. Define expectations and develop metrics to enhance team performance. Coach, train and provide regular feedback to the team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.

  • Minimum 2 years leading a team.

  • Minimum 5 years HR generalist or HRBP experience.

  • Strong HR operations and process improvement experience.

  • Experience with HR information systems. Experience with Workday preferred.

  • Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Expert level skills in Excel required.

  • Passion and commitment to quality.

Knowledge of:

  • HR compliance and local regulatory requirements.

  • Process automation and change management.

Demonstrated ability to:

  • Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

  • Effectively communicate and present ideas in a clear and persuasive manner (in English, both verbally and in writing).

  • Effectively lead a team to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop strategies, action plans, and metrics to monitor results.

  • Provide specific feedback and coaching to reinforce or modify behaviors for improved performance and goal attainment.
