The vision of Vibrant is to create payment solutions for the world we wish to live in. We don’t play safe. We are pioneers in what we do, and this is the place where crazy ideas are more realistic than you think.  

We have developed a technology that enables merchants to accept contactless card payments straight through their phones with our supercharged app. Merchants will have access to payments, insights and integrations, which will make their days handier and make the tracking of finances feel like a walk in the park.

We are a close-knit collective of diverse thinkers and doers, and we are looking for a marketing & communications wizardess/wizard to be an integral part of establishing our Marketing and Community efforts in Spain.

In this role you will be responsible for our marketing endeavours and you will have a significant influence in creating the foundation of our future marketing team and efforts. This entails amongst others brand awareness, SoMe presence, community work, online/offline initiatives, supporting your colleagues on the ground with whatever they need to be relevant to the local merchants as well as being an active contributor in developing our culture and workplace. 

Our Vibrant brand is so far internally well-defined and has undergone quite some work. The role of the marketing team will be to further develop and own our brand towards merchants, and defining our tone of voice and communication style.

  

It is key for the role to develop and implement strategies and plans for marketing activities, community management and engagement across all channels to continue expanding our foothold in the European markets. This includes monitoring the media landscape and creating a plan for all disciplines within paid, earned and owned media, as well as tracking and reporting progress on all initiatives.

In yourself, you recognise a desire to lead, motivate and inspire others – both as a person and as a professional. You have done marketing and communications in truly digital workspaces for 3-5 years, and have an ability to naturally take the lead.

You are probably also the type that enjoys getting your hands dirty and getting things done. That’s a key competence that we are looking for.
