As Senior Product Manager, you will oversee every element of the product — from its conceptualization, to its launch, and to its post-launch performance. You will be responsible for building a great product that is sustainable in terms of revenue and profits for the business.

Carts Guru enables e-merchants to increase their revenue by making the most of their customer base. From cart abandonment campaigns to customer win-back, Carts Guru is automation for today’s busy e-merchants to market and increase ROI with multi-channel marketing.

Founded in 2017, Carts Guru is currently about 40 employees from around the world, all based in Barcelona.

Overview

As the voice of the customer, this role works cross-functionally with the Tech, Design and Business teams to ensure that our product delivers tangible value to our users. It is a strategic role that has a direct impact on the evolution of our product and company.

You will be overseeing the Product and Design teams and reporting directly to the CPO.

Responsibilities

Some parts of the job include:

●    Owning the product roadmap

●    Effectively communicating product lessons and roadmap to all levels of the organization

●    Coordinating many cross-departmental efforts so the entire machine runs efficiently

●    Defining and analyzing KPIs to support and inform product decisions

●    Developing and maintain an engaging product that drives activation and adoption for new users while keeping retention and engagement high for existing users

●    Collaborating with an international cross-functional team to develop, market, and launch product features

●    Working with our engineering team to define the customer analytics strategy and systems

●    Coordinating with product-related 3rd party vendors

●    Overseeing and coordinating the sprint planning and execution along with the CTO and product team

 

About you

Someone who is analytical, with strong critical thinking skills and a great deal of empathy – doing the right thing is at your core. Playing nice with others is a must but at the same time you must know when and how to say ‘no’.

Must:

●    4+ years of product management experience, with a preference in SaaS, and B2C platform products

●    Fluent French and English speaker

●    Excellent organizational skills and project/task management ability

●    Desire to work in a start-up

●    Exceptional communication skills

●    You demonstrate high integrity, ownership and persistence

●    Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Zeplin and Aha!
