Summary:

A Production Operator II is proficient in the independent set-up, start-up, continuous operation and shutdown of your assigned area process or processes as detailed by your Value Stream (VS).

Essential Job Functions:

  • Set-up, start-up, continuous operation and shutdown of manufacturing equipment and processes, using adherence to Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP)
  • Monitor Critical-to-Quality (CTQs) media metrics, e.g. Delta-P, KL, Thickness, Basis Weight, etc. through Statistical Process Control (SPC) – where applicable – to ensure the highest quality media possible
  • When appropriate, perform adjustments to the process using formally documented and approved Corrective Methods (CMs)
  • Escalate any manufacturing process issues in a timely manner to minimize scrap and downtime
  • Utilize company data systems, e.g. SAP, MMIS, etc., for data capture
  • Contribute to improving manufacturing processes through solution-based ideation for continuous improvements
  • As needed, assist area Production Technician(s) with periodic equipment maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with 1 – 2 years manufacturing experience
  • Ability to use a computer and applicable software, e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP, MMIS, etc.
  • Ability to use basic mathematics to quantify scrap in various units of measure, e.g. Linear Feet, Sq. Feet, etc. and downtime in minutes
  • The ability to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to work overtime with little or no notice
  • Requires to be screened for 20/30 vision (per SWI34000VSP)
  • As required, the ability to safely work with certain solvents, e.g. IPA, DMAC and other common substances
  • As required, the ability to climb ladders and perform elevated work using a man lift or harness
  • As required, must be able to wear a respirator which consists of passing a medical survey, pulmonary function test and be medically cleared by a physician

Pall is currently looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for the biotech industry. The role could be based either in France (Paris, Lyon) or in Spain (ideally in the area of Madrid). In both cases the role requires fluency in French and English.

Role Summary:

The Biotech Regional Marketing Manager in the vibrant biopharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing world, plans, runs and leads as event champion all kind of field activities that measurably grow awareness and highly supports customer’s choice of Pall’s technology and solution in the market.

She/ he holds a central role within the Lead Generation process, uses methods of data analysis and controls all key performance indicators throughout the whole buying process. The Manager successfully deploys Marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and represents a main contributor in the social selling journey.

The RMM, as member of the Demand Generation team and active player inside the regional Biotech team, actively networks and engages with industry opinion leaders and decision makers. She/ he plays a vital part in all forms of team communication, DBS culture and project management.

As a tactical mentor and key supporter for Sales and Portfolio Marketing, in this role you advise on product introduction, product positioning and value proposition. She/he actively participates in monthly and quarterly sales meetings and leads Marketing related sessions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Independently plan and execute field activities (customer events, tradeshows, etc)
  • Establish and execute analytics and engage with sales
  • Manage & report Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) independently using the CRM system and following up funnel progression with Sales (SQ lead management and Opportunity follow-up).
  • Work closely with Transformative Marketing and be an active contributor to Marketing campaigns.
  • Network and collaborate with influencers and decision makers in bioprocessing, locally and on European level engaging them in VOC work that informs our future tactics and strategies.
  • Mentor and enable the sales teams around new technologies, focusing on product positioning and value proposition.
  • Be a proactive member of a cross functional team that generates and deploys new global marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital marketing channels.
  • Act as a project owner or project member on defined EMEA marketing projects
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • BA/BS degree or higher degree or equivalent work experience in an appropriate engineering or scientific discipline in LifeSciences or prior work experience in bioprocessing, or biopharmaceutical RnD
  • Technical sales or marketing background essential
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and standard methodologies in B2B marketing and measurement
  • Excellent communicator and creative problem solver, with an ability to use data to advise all decisions.
  • Phenomenal networker and relationship builder, internally and externally.
  • Superb leadership, influencing and mediating skills.
  • Driven to achieve objectives and success.
  • Good knowledge of Biopharm industry and typical products and applications in which Pall is specializing.
  • Experience in project management and project leadership essential.
  • Experience with lead management and CRM systems.
  • Ability to be in the field of up to 40%.
  • Excellent command of French and English language
