Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, a collection of seven heritage buildings is ideally situated near the business district and close to Madrid’s major tourist attractions. A historical landmark redefining elegance, sophistication and urban luxury, located in Centro Canalejas Madrid.

After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is homing to 200 guest rooms including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, 2 restaurants and bars including an expansive roof terrace, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail.

The Role of Reservations Supervisor:

We are looking for a Reservations Supervisor to join our team. This person must have a commitment and passion and will provide a first-class service to the Four Seasons Standards, ensuring that the guests’ needs are met and will do this in a pleasant manner as an ambassador for the Four Seasons product.

• Assist the Reservations & PBX agents so they can perform their tasks efficiently and following Four Seasons standards
• Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy.
• Run daily reports for department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager, Department Head
• Keep the teams updated with new rates, packages, promotions, processes and procedures, etc.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure Reservations & PBX operations are efficient
• Double check individual and group reservations and teams’ tasks and work together with the teams if not completed correctly
• Weekly check of travel agencies’ commissions to be paid
• Update Reservations & PBX manuals with new information
• Responsible of departmental training, either personally or assisting other designated departmental trainers within the teams
• Take care of VIP bookings
• Assist in Revenue Management tasks such as rate loading
• Carry on Reservation Manager duties on his/her absence
• Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.
• Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation.

Our Ideal Reservations Supervisor will have:

We are looking for individuals that are highly motivated team players. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are essential. Our Reservations Supervisor has to be fluent in Spanish and English. (Another language would be great)

This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work in different shifts, weekends, and holidays.

At least one years’ experience in a similar role within a five star luxury environment is preferred.

Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
