INTERNATIONAL SALES AGENT (with FRENCH)

We are looking for an International Sales Agent to join our new Property Lounge in Platja D’Aro – Costa Brava

We have an extensive portfolio of outstanding properties in the most desirable areas of Spain (Andorra, France, and Portugal) and a team of multilingual and experienced professionals, dedicated to delivering a comprehensive range of high-quality services to our clients. We are looking for an International Sales Agent to join our new Property Lounge in the holiday and second home destination Platja D’Aro – Costa Brava.

• A Hunter’s Mindset, who really wants to succeed.
• A Disciplined Networker who continuously is in contact with aspirant buyers.
• A Client Pipeline Developer, using proven methods to develop an inquiry to a purchase.
• A Self-Starting Person with experience using CRM (we use SalesForce) systems or willing to learn this.
• Commercial background or affinity in a (luxury) sales sector.
• Affinity/experience or desire to work in the Luxury Real Estate Sector.

• Are you hard-working, confident, financially motivated, and results-driven?
• 5 working days 9:30 – 18:30 (but flexible for contact with buyer clients always)
• Working area: Platja D’Aro, S’Agaro, Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Santa Cristina D’Aro, Sant Antoni de Calonge, Calonge, Castell D’Aro.
• You have your own car to get to the office. We have company cars to use for showing properties to clients.

We are looking for a FRENCH speaking Sales Agent, living in this area, who also speaks Spanish and/or Catalan, to join our Platja D’Aro – Costa Brava team.

We highly value applicants with life experience in this region who, like us, find it a privilege to explore this beautiful area to be able to live, work and live. Our customers are families from Europe and all over the world who are interested in buying a property here for holiday use but also for permanent residence. If you have experience with this yourself, this is an experience with which you can advise our customers well.

We offer a fixed basic remuneration plus interesting sales commissions. You will receive training and you will be part of a multicultural and proactive team.
