Senior Manager Information Security – Incident Response
Purpose:
The InfoSec team protect adidas from cyber security threats by delivering effective information security services and improvement initiatives, managing, and responding to security incidents to ensure, and support the continuity and growth of adidas’s business operations; and meet both internal and external stakeholders’ expectations across the world.
As part of the security transformation activities within adidas, new capabilities are being created. This requires a highly skilled and experienced project leader to build the new capability improve adidas’s information security posture in order protect the adidas from complex cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors, investigates, and responds to significant / major security incidents, leads investigation, coordinates incident response / remediation activities, recommends required actions and supports / follows up to ensure these are implemented.
- Conduct threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis and log analysis during handling of incidents.
- Maintains current knowledge of adversaries’ tactics, techniques, procedures, malware attacks, and other cyber security threats.
- Proactively identify cyber security improvements and recommends appropriate control improvements.
- Contributes to development of incident response policy, standards, and guidelines.
What we are looking for:
- Solid understanding of threats and threat actors’ TTPs
- Proven incident response experience
- Proficient spoken and written command of English
- At least 7-year experience in InfoSec
- More than 5 years of experience in incident response area
- Ability to cope with change, make decisions and act comfortably with risk and uncertainty.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
