The Service Coordinator (f/m/d) Europe is the primary point of contact for requests linked to Technical Service for systems installed mostly in EU and is reassuring customer satisfaction through a high quality of service administration (back office management: order management, logistics, invoicing).

Your Area of Responsibility:

  • Enter and manage service requests linked to instrumentation into the customer management’s software.
  • Manage service requests from quotation to delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage invoicing, issue of credit notes and return of goods.
  • Field Engineer dispatch.
  • Identify, develop and implement improvements to support processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System procedures and team objectives.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by the Europe Technical Service Coordinator Manager.
  • This person will be located closed to either in Krefeld (Germany), Milan (Italy), Barcelona (Spain) or Krakow (Poland) going to the office (2 or 3 days per week) and working home-office based (2 or 3 days per week)

Requirements:

  • Education: High school degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Fluent German and English (written and oral) is required (additional languages would be an advantage – French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Finnish)
  • International trade rules knowledge (incoterm, custom…) in Europe.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to positively cope with change in a dynamic and fast growthing environment.
  • Knowledge and use of commercial computer application packages (MS Office).
  • Familiar with SAP (or similar ERP System).
  • Able to follow complex procedures and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works independently in a structured manner with the ability to prioritize critical tasks.
  • Builds collaborative work relationships with different teams.
