Job Responsibilities

  • Building and running financial models for different investment scenarios
  • Integrate asset level cash flow models into fund model for returns forecasting and run asset sensitivities and hold/sell analysis
  • Ensure cash flow models are accurate, in standard/robust format and reflect realistic assumptions
  • Organize and present supporting materials for investment analysis
  • Prepare written reports and make presentations to support the relevant management levels for approval
  • Assist in overseeing performance of assets by analyzing asset performance vs market benchmarks, managing partner relationships which involves the regular review of tenancy mix, asset positioning and implementation of effective marketing plans and control of operating expenses to maximize net operating income from assets
  • Carry out research and financial analysis on real estate markets, including identification of key market themes
  • During acquisition, ensure detailed and accurate due diligence for all deals, coordinating with service providers for legal, tax, environmental, physical, financial and market study
  • Support closing of acquisition/ disposition including the coordinating and obtaining of all required internal approvals; coordinating documentation and meetings with transaction counterparties and service providers

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Masters in Real Estate/Finance/Business Administration from leading university, preferably with good quantitative skills and a foundation in finance and financial analysis
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience with real estate/ financial institutions/ developer
  • Possesses sharp analytical, research, problem solving skills and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support negotiating transactions
  • Resourceful, hands-on and committed to deliver results, able to prioritize and respond well to changing circumstances and tight timelines
  • Strong team player and able to work independently and autonomously
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking English with other languages advantages
