For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,200 square-meter Grand Ballroom.Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant – Front OfficeThe Administrative Assistant is responsible to support the operations of Front Office by ensuring the administrative works are in place and in order. Employment will be under local contract. Schedule and arrange all appointments for the Director of Rooms.Support internal hotel projects, bring forward daily items to act on appropriate tasks, tracking necessary action and updating reports as progress is made (i.e. annual budget, strategic plan etc.).Handle all office administration duties such as mail, phones, photocopying, office supplies, keep the filling system up-to-date.Respond to all enquiries promptly.Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers.Attend additional training suitable to the role. QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Minimum of 3 years executive administration experience, preferably within a hotel environment.Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, is required.Professional telephone manner and demeanor with a natural response to ‘smile’ on the phone.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Previous experience with confidential information.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Team player with strong initiative and self-direction.Positive attitude.
