B2B Operation Manager – Sayurbox

Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

• Ensure all operational processes for all B2B transactions run smoothly (product availability, order processing, invoicing, payment collection, and product delivery)
• Manage a team of sales and ops admins to process orders, invoices, and collections
• Work closely with the larger Operations team on the ground to ensure fulfillment
• Work closely with the larger Procurement team to ensure product availability

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills with high attention to details
