This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.Job Decsription:Spearhead the development and execution of the company’s product strategy utilizing a team-oriented approachAssume accountability for financial aspects within assigned business sectors, including forecasting and expenditure managementCultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture to support both individual and collective growth objectivesMentor and nurture a high-performing commercial team to achieve organizational goalsEstablish and maintain a motivating work environment that fosters effective communication and teamwork among employeesImplement succession planning and talent management initiatives to ensure business continuity and employee satisfactionDrive cross-functional collaboration to achieve tactical objectives and margin goalsContinuously develop team members to enhance skills and capabilities for future business needs.Requirements:Preference for candidates with experience in multinational corporationsMinimum 8 years of successful sales and marketing background in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry, emphasizing revenue growth, market expansion, and customer relationsAt least 5 years of direct experience in leading sales or product teamsDemonstrated expertise in regional or national sales strategiesPreferential knowledge in medical devices, particularly intraocular lens, ophthalmology, or microscope equipment.
