Job Descriptions:

  • Build and maintain a good relationship with customers / tenants
  • Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively
  • Carry out handover activities / BAST for new tenants and tenants who have expired
  • Responsible for controlling the kiosk
  • Designing promotional media with creative ideas for ITC development


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree any major
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Relation in retail or shopping center
  • Have the ability to create promotional content for tenants on multi social media platforms
  • Used to working with predefined deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate (Ms.Office)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
  • Willing to be placed in ITC Kuningan, South Jakarta
