Customer Service Officer – Contract Based Positions (6 months – 1 year)

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and provide ongoing recommendations/solutions to improve professionalism and customer service.
• Ensure to provide the highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail in order to deliver excellent customer service.
• Engage local Warehouse and Logistics team for delivery issues align with Customer Support for issue resolutions

Experience & Skills Required

• A minimum of 2 years working experience in Customer Service or BPO industry in ecommerce company
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office and excellent communication skills.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably having experienced specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
• Experience with Quality Assurance, Willing to learn and Can Handling multi because need to Backup also some brand on web store and marketplace ( All channel : Call, Livechat, Email and Chat marketplace )
