Roles

  • As Customer Support Specialist at DomaiNesia, you are responsible to provide guidance in solving customers’ issues and deliver clear information about our product.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone, support ticket, and online chat requests as well as comfortable in face to face interaction;
  • Assist customer to solve their issues;
  • Provide clear information to customer’s query;
  • Maintain a friendly environment, and also can address customer’s complaint gracefully.

Requirements

  • Willing to work in shift, especially midnight and weekend shift;
  • Posses profound understanding of our product;
  • Embodies PACTA (Patience, Attentive, Clear Communication, Time Management, Adaptive);
  • Capable to handle the unexpected;
  • Good team player.
