The Opportunity

This is a key customer facing role that requires logistics operational and technical expertise, including knowledge of Order Management, Transportation Management (TMS), and track and trace systems. You will lead logistics projects as a Project Manager and should have the capability to manage and drive comprehensive and complex Quincus IT projects from inception to delivery including requirements gathering, functional design, change management, risk management, QA testing and deployment planning.
As a Project Manager, you will have a front row seat as we deploy our product on the client site and ensure all components are running smoothly.

Your day to day

1. Project manage the implementation of Quincus products from inception through to delivery ensuring completion of the project objectives on schedule and within budget constraints.

2. Configure, implement, and deliver Quincus products for small, medium, and large customers with the support of Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.

3. Engage key project stakeholders, define, and coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, build commitment, overcome resistance, implement change management, and lead the project. Conduct regular project updates regarding status, issues, and challenges for all projects and implementations.

4. Work with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to align on product vision and customer requirements.

5. Utilize a wide range of skills to influence and drive projects, being objective when needed.

6. Provide system demonstrations as needed to internal team members and customers.

Who you are

1. 5+ years hands on implementation and project management experience with logistics systems.

2. An exceptional communicator with the ability to quickly gain credibility of the team, external stakeholders and management.

3. Positive & professional attitude in stressful environments.

4. Self-motivated, self-managed.

5. Experience managing projects that involve API Gateway and API integration is a plus.

6. Knowledge working with JIRA, confluence and other scrum project management tools.

7. Knowledge of Wrike, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.

8. Project and/or scrum certificate is a plus.

9. Team player with a sense of humour is a must!
