Create invoice and tax invoice to clients, and make sure that that all required documents and process were fulfilled.
Follow up and compile all documentation from Account Team for billing process.
Maintain communication with internal team (Account team, KOL team, Finance team) and also with clients to make the process smooth and on time.
Maintain and update project lists status to make sure all quotation were aligned with the actual process.
Raise issues related to billing process and payment status from clients to related Business Unit.
Maintain clients list and their information related to billing process, and update the information for any update from clients.
Minimum having Diploma Degree in Accounting
Minimum having 3 years of experiences as Finance AR Staff/Billing Staff, with main function in invoicing.
Familiar with e-faktur & Ms. Office (Word, Excel)
Have Brevet A & B Certification would be an advantage
Have an excellent communication skill (written & verbal) & good personality (firm and bold)
