Job Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Operations: Support the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, order processing, and customer inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
  • Content Management: Ensure accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and website content.
  • Campaign & Promo: Assist regular online campaign & promotion, including campaign plan, promo list, and In-App promo collaterals
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, create engaging content, and optimize product visibility on our e-commerce platform.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on product listings, website functionality, and customer interactions to maintain high standards of quality and user experience.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is advantageous.
