Operations Manager – SIRCLO

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and evaluate vendor performances through agreed KPIs for warehouse partners and last mile logistics
• Analyse and assess Ops data, while also planning for continuous improvements
• Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
• Handle further complaints in any operational issues
• Apply problem-solving skills in achieving KPIs
• Provide and receive feedback with good manner
• Lead, motivate, and support the team’s performance according to company values
• Responsible for controlling Ops budget and other related financial activities
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Review operational policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Have a Bachelor’s degree preferably from majors of Information System, Statistics/Mathematics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management/Logistic or other related fields
• An honest person with strong integrity values and a good attitude to connect with others
• Self-driven in completing tasks, have a high initiative to act
• Is a team player with results-oriented attitude and great problem-solving skills
• Have more than 4 years of experience in related fields
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills supported by an understanding in organisational processes
• Pay a strong attention to detail, have an analytical mind and good business acumen
• Possess high proficiency in MS applications
• Have the eagerness to learn and is available within flexible working hours
• Possess people management skills, with a proven experience in leading teams
• Willing to work in SIRCLO’s warehouse at Tangerang
