Pilot – SMART Agribusiness and Food

• Has the overall responsibilities for the preparation and execution of the flight, in compliance with state’s legal acts as well as company’s regulations,

• Is the representative of the Company, when dealing with his crew members during flight duty time and at slip station, and towards passengers in his capacity as the PIC,

• Shall promote an atmosphere of optimum cooperation between crew members,

• Is responsible for flight preparation and execution in compliance with legal aspects and company regulations,

• Shall make a report to his Chief Pilot regarding the fact that may influence the quality of the flight execution, and

• Should had no doubts about his condition and proficiency when reporting on duty

• Acquaint himself with all relevant particulars and instructions concerning aircraft type and flight to be made.

• Coordinate the flight preparation, and ensure that all aspects have been covered, such as aircraft document and aircraft status (DMI status, MEL procedures).

• Convinced himself of the airworthiness of the aircraft that was proved by the aircraft maintenance release and have no doubts as to the fitness and proficiency of his crew members.
