Product Researcher – Orami – SIRCLO

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, UI/UX, and Data to identify competitive advantages for the company.
• Conduct and leverage various research methods to gain insights of the market condition and users’ needs.
• Present research insights in a memorable and compelling narrative.
• Drive and evangelize customer-centric approaches within the organization.
• Proactively be involved in product decisions to prevent uninformed decisions.
• Partner with the Product Management team in shaping product direction and metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or college in Science, Engineering, or similar fields of study is required.
• Have at least 2 years of experience working in product and market research.
• Having working experience in technology companies is a plus.
• Possess a strong passion for improving customer experience.
• Is analytical and data-driven; love digging into data to understand what’s happening.
• Possess high proficiency in communication skill, written and spoken (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English), and is a confident communicator.
