As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years of experience for the job of Project Director. The job is based in Jakarta Greater Area, Indonesia.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive development strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of real estate development, including site acquisition, design, financing, construction, and marketing.Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of development, finance, and construction professionals.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, government officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders.Innovation: Drive innovation in sustainable building practices and smart technology integration.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 15 years in real estate development, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects.Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skillsEducation: Advanced degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field preferred
