Project Manager (Tech Academy) – SIRCLO

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the strategy and plans to quickly set up a technology academy within a short time frame
• Develop and execute the marketing and recruitment strategy, training plans (curriculum, facilitator, logistics requirements, etc.), evaluation and success measurement for the project
• Work closely with the Technology & People Operations team in building and executing the plans

REQUIREMENTS

• Have strong project management skills
• A detail oriented person with strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage various stakeholders
• A go-getter who gets things done
• Understanding in tech training is appreciated
• Prior background/experiences in training/workshop/academy is preferred
