What you will be doing:

• Ensure the well-organized process of reservation by email, telephone, central reservation systems referral or from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents;
• Update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process;
• Prepare letters of confirmation;
• Process cancellations and modifications in timely manner;
• Process and monitor advance deposits/prepayment on reservations;
• Communicate and verify information regarding reservations to the appropriate party.
• Maximize room revenue through the conversion of telephone calls into sales;
• Utilize effective upselling techniques;

Your experience and skills include:

• Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in Reservation or Revenue Management roles;
• Hotel operational experience is desirable;
• Working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
