Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational SaaS (Supply Chain/Logistics) company looking for a Director of Sales (SEA) position, highly preferable from a SaaS and Logistics company background. The job is to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia with a hybrid working arrangement.Responsibilities:Create and execute a sales strategy tailored for Southeast Asia, focusing on unique market traits.Identify and leverage emerging trends and opportunities to boost revenue and market share.Expand presence in current markets and explore new market entries in the region.Lead sales team recruitment, training, and coaching to meet ambitious targets.Establish clear sales goals and support systems for team success.Develop precise sales forecasts and budgets based on regional analysis and trends.Qualifications:Over 8 years of sales leadership experience in the Logistic/Supply Chain SaaS.Strong knowledge of WMS/TMS.Would be a plus point if you have exposure to CPG industry, specifically in Southeast Asia.Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth in the region.Proficient in leadership and team management, capable of motivating multicultural teams (SEA region).Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English.Strategic thinker adept at crafting and executing sales strategies tailored for Southeast Asia.Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required.
