Senior Data Intelligence Manager – SIRCLO

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor data analyst, data engineers, data science, and other stakeholders to take ownership with their works and deliver impactful business decisions.
• Lead department to perform exploratory data analysis to drive business and strategy decisions.
• Work closely with data engineers to design and build a highly scalable data pipeline to collect, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data into actionable insights.
• Build self-serve dashboards to provide stakeholders with data to support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Design vision and road map for the data department as well as the winning strategies by using data as core strategic function.
• Regularly re-map as well as review query & insight dashboard, take initiative to address issues & challenges, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Ensure the availability of high quality data and insights across the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least a total of 5 years of experience in analytics/BI functions.
• Have at least 2 years of people management experience, preferably in the Business Analytics or Data department.
• Possess proven ability of strong structured problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Have great storytelling skills to translate key metrics into actionable insights.
• Highly proficient in data manipulation and/or visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet, Tableau, Pandas Python.
• Proficient with SQL (especially Bigquery and PostgreSQL dialect).
• Passionate about the e-commerce and startup industry.
• Comfortable in translating business problems into actionable steps.
