We are hiring:
Senior Process Engineer – Optics
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering team to meet key indices.
- Improve operational management systems and processes.
- Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
- Supervise quality checkpoints and KPI.
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service with internal/external customer.
- Partner with cross-functional support teams on projects and product transfers
- Provide leadership for operations subordinates in day to day activities.
- Ensure the occupational safety standards, EHS management system, and quality management system, and company regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial)
- Min 10 years in manufacturing industry, and at least 5 years in leadership experience.
- Having experience in Optics manufacturing will be an added advantage
- Familiar with engineering tools, such as QC Tools, SPC, and FMEA.
- Knowledge in ERP system
- Extensive knowledge in medical devices manufacturing quality management, will be an added advantage.
- Experience with project management and change management in fast paced working environment.
- Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.
