- Plans the schedules of Service Technicians and Service Engineers.
- Ensures that all breakdown calls are attended to immediately.
- Ensures that all spare parts needed for servicing are available.
- Ensures that all installation and servicing schedules are coordinated to the customer.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and effectively manage customer expectations.
- Ensures that Servicing Sales targets are hit.
- Ensures that all Service Technicians and Service Engineers are aware of the company’s health, cleanliness and clothing requirements and that of the customer’s.
- Solicits feedback from customer after a service is provided.
- Makes cold calls to customers and offer available services.
- Prepares monthly reports to present the over-all performance of the service and technical application to management.
- Monitors repairs and maintenance activities through the Service Engineers to ensure operational efficiency and to target required hours for machine repair
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
- Reviews Service Engineers reports and ensure it’s complete and is using the latest forms.
- Maintain all service documentation in a Service Binder.
- Prepares service quotations in SalesForce and updates its status regularly.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
- Comply with ISO 13845, ISO 9001 and GDPMDS requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rp4,800,000 – Rp5,500,000 per month
