Our respected client is seeking a professional for Senior Manager Patient Service. The job is based in Jakarta.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction to the Patient Services department.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards.Implement strategies to improve the overall patient experience. Supervise and manage a team of patient services staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.Identify areas for process improvement within the department and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessEnsure that the department complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Use data and analytics to assess and improve departmental performance.Manage the budget for the Patient Services department, including cost control and resource allocation.Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.Requirements:.5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership and team management abilities.Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.Budget management experience.Knowledge of patient service best practices and customer satisfaction strategies.Ability to work collaboratively with other hospital departments and healthcare professionals.
