Ringkasan Fungsi Manage the Warehouse, Packing and Shipping facilities, at a designated facility so that products are made available in accordance with all customer requirements and agreed budgets. Manage and develop the WPS work force to enhance efficiency and continuously improve service and reduce complaints. Tanggung Jawab Execute regional and local WPS strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.Manage product stock levels to meet agreed inventory levels, known shipment demands and production plans.Maintain close liaison with Process, Maintenance, Distribution and Purchasing to plan and progress work programs.Provide input for the Annual Budget by recommending plans for improvements in WPS areas and managing the costs within budget.Monitor performance of WPS packaging, machinery and ancillary equipment to maintain optimum efficiency and maintenance service.Manage the local WPS processes and procedures by establishing procedures to maintain a good standard of housekeeping in WPS areas.Effectively practice Performance Based Management by coaching and developing employees, direct as well as matrix reports, and assuring effective alignment with the matrix functions.Ensure safe working practices, site safety rules and procedures are adhered to by all employeesEnsure regulatory requirements are met throughout the WPS area and processes.Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and standard business practices as they pertain to the WPS and inventory management functions, including internal control and ISO 9000 standards.Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001 technical specification, as applicable to the site/region. Persyaratan Extensive knowledge of warehouse, packaging, shipping and inventory management practices.Working knowledge of various models of manufacturing systems and the benefits and shortcomings of each system.Good understanding of plant capabilities, throughput constraints of the plant units and each plant’s bottleneck rates and cycle times.Good negotiation skills.Comprehension of a matrix management environment and the ability to monitor, and manage the performance of as well as the development of staff.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to impact and influence all levels of employees and management, both inside the company and externally with suppliers.Bachelor/University degree in Science or equivalent experience.Practical experience in a WPS environment and sound knowledge of production processes.
