Should have Min 10 years experience in Kitchen Production and Planning of restaurants

Should have expertise in Malabar Cuisine more than 7 years

Should be presently working in Malabar based cuisine and handling a team of at least 30+ members

Diploma in Hotel Management and Excellent Communicator

Should have min 3 years experience handling multiple restaurants and reporting

Should be able to travel and report from outlet locations

Should be above to control food cost / manage quality and inventory of all outlets

Training and recruitment of new candidates on new outlets or existing outlet

Should have experience in handling new outlet opening in a given geography

Should have good computer knowledge in excel, make presentation and present to management

Should be a strong communicator and leader
