· Managing the front office desk.
· Handling check in & check out of guests
· Responsible for all Front Office Operations.
· Responsible for Managing guests, clients and candidates.
· Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls (Including STD & ISD calls).Transferring calls to the concerned Depts.
· Proper coordination & updations of various department details as per enquires and records.
· Managing the front office area in terms of discipline as per company policy.
· House Keeping, Pantry’s query & Communicating & Directing Visitors & vendors.
· Responsible for courier Dispatches and courier receipts in India and abroad and maintaining records for the same.
· Process Guests telephone charge
· Process wake up calls
· Follow Guest privacy and security measures
· Respond to threatening ,Obscene or prank telephone calls
· Respond to dissatisfied Guests
· Should know airport transportation schedules
· Daily VIP list
· Location of all property facilities
· Help Guests learn to use the equipment in their rooms
· Process all Business calls in an efficient, courteous manner
REQUIREMENT:
QUALIFICATION – Graduation in Hotel Management
AGE – 23 Years
TOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE – 3 Years
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE – 1 Year
SALARY BAND – 1.5 lakhs / annum
