Job Description – Looking for a Tele caller with fluent communication in English and Hindi languages.

Your basic job profile would be calling candidates for recruitment, pitching them the companies profile and taking their basic telephonic interviews. You will have to recruit for profiles like Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Physics Writers, History Writers, animators etc.)

Job Roles –
Post job postings of various jobs on different portals
Call up leads and take their first telephonic round (name, location, last drawn salary, etc.)
Get them on board and set up an interview date.
Look after their joining formalities ( write and send joining letters, receive their documents like last company’s salary slip, experience letter, Aadhar card copy etc.)

Skills Required-
Fluent communication in English and Hindi languages.
Good negotiation and sales skills.
Goal oriented and Fast learner.
