Amdigit is a Software as a Service (SAAS) company founded by IIT Bombay alumnus and develops software products for asset management of commercial real estate sector. It has the following proprietary products:

Asset management in real estate covers all aspects of the business like finance, lease management, accounting, taxation and an end-user interface. Therefore this position provides the opportunity to learn all business functions and its integration with technology.

Hiring Enterprise Business Manager :

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven individual who has a strong understanding of SaaS sales and has managed complex sales cycles. This position is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers.

What you’ll do :

  • Manage enterprise sales cycle starting with discovery, building and managing relationships, to the close of business
  • Mapping out potential clients and scheduling meetings with them
  • Acquire new business by building a network of customers and industry contacts to facilitate sales development and successes
  • Ensuring excellent customer service delivery always, Drive practice operations and monitor key KPIs around Book of Business, Retention, Churn etc. with focus to help achieve targets and incentives
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to validate and upsell/cross-sell modules relevant to the Client
  • Prepare proposals that outline consultative solutions to meet client’s need
  • Develop referrals and reference accounts by building long-term strategic relationships
  • Establish an effective feedback mechanism to channel the feature requests/errors from the enterprise clients to the Product/Engineering teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in his/her portfolio and churn more business from the listed accounts
  • Establish a process for regular client engagement.
  • Preparing sales and sales-related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection reports, monthly sales plans etc.

Skills Required:

  • 1+ years in customer-facing roles or business development experience ideally with the SaaS or a Start-up
  • Understanding of sales and leasing process would be preferred
  • Good understanding of the end-to-end account management/sales process
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Good in governance mechanism and data analytics
  • Understanding of digital & content marketing
  • Candidate must possess a problem solving attitude with attention to detail. Should be able to take initiative, and be pro-active.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
