Customer Care Executive – All Rounder BSS – Pokaran, Rajasthan

Eligibility Criteria:

1. 10th Pass with minimum 60%

2. Normal English speaking, reading and writing skills.

3. Complete hindi Speaking, reading and writing skills.

4. No problem in speaking to anyone.

5. Must have confidence in speaking skills.

We need 2 customer cares for our online coaching institute All Rounder BSS. Basically we provide Online coaching classes for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya and Sainik School Entrance Exam. We need Customer cares where one customer care will work from 8 am to 7 pm with 1 hours break in afternoon and another will work from 7 pm to 11 pm in evening.

the main work for both the customer cares will to handle all the calls from our students and their parents and help them as they ask about our online courses and other information.

Our main focus is to sell our courses to customers and solve their any technical or non technical issues on the call.

Our team will provide full training to both the persons.

Both the persons will get started paying from the first day of training too.

If the person in not belonging to Pokaran city then their living and food facilities will be provided by All Rounder BSS free of cost.

We shall give 6k to 7k per month from starting and ensuring that we will definitely make increment time to time as per the dedication and work.

Salary: ₹6,000.00 – ₹8,000.00 per month
