Executive-India Distribution Operation – Tricon Energy – Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Description:

• Well versed in checking Import / overseas supplier documentation.
• Handle the day to day customs clearance operations.
• Check Imports Shipment activities with regards to DPD Clearance, CFS Clearance, Bonded Storage and Clearance.
• Good written and verbal communication skill with Customers, Shipping Lines, Vendors.
• Daily proper co-ordination with Port, Shipping Lines, Transporters, CHA and Customers for timely collection and dispatches of shipments.
• Updating Superior for ongoing activity and planning about incoming shipments & despatches.
• Process Payment of Port, CFS, Transporter, CHA, Shipping Line.
• Coordination with Warehouse team on daily basis to confirm inward inventory status.
• Maintain Purchase related activities in system – Prepare Purchase Order, Book Purchase Invoice.
• Maintain proactive inter-departmental coordination, in order to process the shipments on time.
