We are currently looking for Procurement Field Executive.

Position Overview:
From time to time you will be give offer of field opportunities in whatsapp group along with income, if you like then you can choose it and go in field. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL IN OR OUT OF STATE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit companies in different parts of Gujarat and India to check and verify goods
• Inspect the goods and send sample
• Pack and courier samples
• Coordinate with office staff
• Preparing documents
• Printing Documents
• MICROSOFT OFFICE, WORD & EXCEL IS MUST! NEED COMPUTER AND MOBILE SKILLS
• You should be good at mathematics
• You should be good at talking to people
• Travel and adjust according to locations
• Prepare purchase order
• Keep track of expenses
• Submit expenses to Admin Department
• Balancing daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
• Scanning all the necessary paperwork needed

• Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks

• Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy

• Good at online calendar management, scheduling, appointments and reminders in Google Calendar or other similar

• Diary Noting Skills*

OTHER SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

• Ms. Office, Computer, Electronics proficiency

• Proficient a English, Hindi and Gujarati communication

• Excellent written communication

• Good at oral communication

• Updated with latest technology

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

• Post-secondary education required

• 4-5 years’ relevant experience required

• Any higher education relevant to this position is an asset. (Degree is an asset)
