Qualifications: BHM/DHM

Experience: Fresher(Internship experience with 3 to 5 Star Hotels in all 4 domains).

or

1 year of experience with 3 to 5 star hotel.

Salary: 16 to 18 TH (Service Charge will be provided separately).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensures guests are personally welcomed and escorted on arrival. Taking care of services offered in the Lounge Area

· Facilitates the efficient arrival and departure formality for all guests

· Actively elicits guest feedback and preferences regarding services and ensures action is initiated on the same to maximize guest satisfaction

· Responsible for maintaining and updating guest details (Including Birthday & Anniversary Details)

· Personally ensures that appropriate arrangements are made for all special / VIP guests prior to their arrival

· Facilitation of Name taking of guests in Gold Class

· Responsible for accurate cash transactions

· Responsible for Compliance of Audit points and execution as per set norms.
