Patient Counselor/ Medical Representative – M G TRADERS – Hyderabad, Telangana

We are looking to hire a PATIENT COUNSELLOR.

Job Responsibilities:

 Informing/Educating/counselling the patient/caretaker about the treatment.

 Patient enrollment via F2F/ tele counselling while adhering to Scripts/SOPs/processes and 100% compliance.

 Doing injection administration (subcutaneous injection – no nursing skills needed, anyone can do it) at home and train the patients for the same.

He/she has to share patient progress update.

The candidate will handle all patient queries too.

It’s a field job, no need to come to office. Candidate must have a vehicle and valid Driving License.

 Making home visits at patient’s homes as per approved process flow.

 Support in liaising with the call center team for patient follow up support

Skills required:

 The right candidate will be a science graduate e.g B.Pharma, B.Sc etc.
 Medical Representatives can also apply.
 Good oral and written communication skills in English and local language.
 Patient management and patient counselling skills.
 Empathy and willingness to listen and relate to patients.
 Ability to work in a process-driven/structured environment.

Contract length: 12 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
