
Required Receptionist cum Admin for Hyderabad based Civil Construction & Interiors Company
Reception & Admin Duties
- Welcoming Client/Vendor and informing to concerned staff.
- Maintaining the Client/Vendor Registers and reporting daily to Director Mam.
- Managing Employee Attendance register and reporting daily to Director Mam.
- Managing Employee In & out register and reporting daily to Director Mam.
- Office Maintenance (Power, Network, CC TV, AC, Access Control and other including house keeping)
- Organizing the internal & external meetings
- Tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Tracking stocks of stationary & printing for office use & placing orders when necessary
- Tracking stocks of pantry items and place orders when necessary
- Making payments of monthly expenses thru credit card
- Booking of Uber/Ola for Staff
- Booking of Flight/Train/Bus Tickets for employees
- Checking & maintaining the Cleanness of office and its surroundings.
- Perform any other duties assigned by MD Sir & Director Mam
Minimum Experience: 2yrs
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
