SAP FI Tester – Shell – Bengaluru, Karnataka

As part of Test Management Team, you will be responsible to undertake end-to-end test activities such as test effort estimation, test script development, test execution, defects management & resolution and test status reporting.

• Work collaboratively with ADA and PE – assess test scenarios and provide test requirements based on risk-based testing methodology. Test coverage may extend beyond ERP systems.
• You need to manage the work in respective functional area to enable effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the targeted testing SLA and business continuity.
• Involve in executing test approaches for new projects that require test services from the Test Team.
• Develop Change Request/Data Request test scripts, test conditions, input test data and expected results – especially those that require integration between modules.
• Have a broad understanding of Blueprint business processes; not only in respective functional areas but also integration points.
• Create, run & maintain scripts for Blueprint and connected applications of Blueprint
• Ever-green documentations in their respective areas e.g. in the Test Library.
• Work with the Functional Team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
• Participate in improvement initiatives.
• Act as the coach for the new team members with regards to their role and processes.
• Act as the coach for Testers and guide them in estimation, data, scenarios and execution processes.
