Sr. Executive Logistics – Exotic India Art Pvt. Ltd. – Delhi, Delhi

Main Duties:

• Responsible for the transporter/shipment management with cost conscious approach and timely availability. Planning and managing logistics, transportation of both domestic and international orders.
• Accountable for end-to-end Dispatch Processing. Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle – from the view of Logistics.
• Responsible of updating order data in the respective software.
• Oversee the Process of transport/Shipment management/Invoice Generation of material & Dispatch of finished Product in line with different Courier Vendors at cost effective rate.
• Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on time without sale loss.
• Manage and oversee all outgoing material is properly packed and criterion of packaging is followed. Take control of packaging and provide appropriate, cost-effective, high-quality solutions
• Ensure products are shipped appropriately to ensure quality of goods during transportation
• Take responsibility for accuracy of labelling – invoice/declaration etc. to ensure correct parts/finished good assemblies to correct customers at the correct time
• Oversee & Responsible for dispatch audit also and variance analysis and corrective action plan.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints in case of any return.
