Brand Image Studio – Special Projects Manager – Loro Piana

The Brand Image Studio – Special Projects Manager is a multi-faceted role that spans both hands on and strategic capacity. This role is key in ensuring the consistency of the Brand Identity, supporting the product storytelling, Marketing brand initiatives and retail animations, whilst managing all the activities of creative product display dedicated to special retail projects.

• Special Projects management:
  • Monitor the project starting from the design phase to the realization;
  • Work with varied design teams on the brief, design and production;
  • Help drive the design and service setup of personalization initiatives.
• Global Events:
  • Work with marketing and/or Area Visual Merchandiser’s to define requirements for each animation including Floorplan, Layout, Flowers, Signage, Imagery, special VM setups;
  • Create VM guidance and layout for all product placement at special events;
  • Participate in special event setups.
• LP Storytelling:
  • Drive the storytelling project – ideating and suggesting rollouts of current storytelling initiatives and provide proposals for each store opening in Loro Piana.
• Pop-ups:
  • Create the VM layout of all pop ups to ensure that the whole store area is correctly zoned and the VM works with the concept of the space;
  • Participate in Pop up shop setups.
• In house product setups & Showroom:
  • Participate in Showroom setup of seasonal buys;
  • Plan, layout, organize and orchestrate the product setups with the Product team during the Buy and specific corporate meetings.
• Branding and Delighting:
  • Work with the BIS Director and Print production team in the definition of the brand identity book and guardianship of the Brand book usage;
  • Help in the development of special packaging ideas for key moments in the retail calendar;
  • Help in the development of client delighting tools in the yearlong calendar.

Profile

• Education: degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising or Design;
• Seniority: 5-7 years;
• Managerial skills: strong project management capabilities, precision, systemic view;
• Soft skills: relationship management, communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit;
• Computer skills: advanced PPT skills, Excel;
• Experience in Product display / styling / visual merchandising a must;
• Languages skills: Italian, English as a must
