Distribution Capacity Planning Manager – Case New Holland Industrial

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Within AMS (After Market Solution) Department, the primary function for DISTRIBUTION capacity planning is counting on IVECO AMS Depots KPI monitoring, checking deviation and tracking with recovery plan with reactive actions to increase capacity plan when need.
Communication will be as well a key function through all representatives on Distribution Management with the different warehouses and the transversal functions (cost control, finance, quality…).
Some coordination will be as well required with OPERATIONS transversal functions such as material management, transport and sales reprentative.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Capacity Planning mapping requires strong analysis skill to review the different inputs received by the depot.
She/ He will:

  • Identify headcount plan: permanent (holidays plan, and sickness) and agencies recruitment plan.
  • Forecast Inbound and Outbound Volumes by flow and impact on pipeline.
  • Be in position to measure Productivity per flow.
  • Plan on FTE for nonproductive activities.

Capacity management plan is processed with weekly review with the DM (Distribution Manager) in charge to share Depot capacity planning.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strongly communication capability at all levels
  • Able to organize daily priorities and to react positively to unexpected priority change
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning
  • Knowledge of aftermarket business is a plus
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams
  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Access and Data Warehouse (SAP BW)
  • Mandatory: fluent Italian, English
