Your Role
You will help us to share our HR ambition with 1250+ colleagues in Italy, you will be able to experiment, increase your competences, drive projects, have access to constant training and enjoy full autonomy. You will be able to combine your planning, analytical, organizational, digital and HR skills!
Your Responsibilities
- HR Project Management: Design and implementation of HR programs (e.g statutory hiring, internship programs, HR policies design & reviews, etc. )
- HR country strategy: supporting the HR director with PMO & status updates
- HR Operations: you’ll develop knowledge on processes & HR fundamentals
- Total Rewards: contribute to our Compensation & benefits agenda #spedizioni #LI-FI1
Your Skills and Experiences
- Enthusiasm, curiosity & passion
- Uni background: bachelor in Economics, HR or equivalent
- Fluency in Italian & English
- Study or work experience abroad
- Nice to have: up to 1 year of HR experience
